Mohali reports 23 new cases of COVID-19; tally rises to 574

The total number of coronavirus cases in Mohali has increased to 574 after the district reported 23 new positive cases of coronavirus on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the district also reported 9 recoveries on Tuesday. The total active cases of COVID-19 in the district are 191 while 371 have been cured and discharged. The district has so far reported 12 deaths, Girish Dayalan Deputy Commissioner SAS Nagar said. The new cases include 35M phase 3B1, 49M sector 126, 41F Baltana, 40F phase 3B2, 47M and 46F Hira Enclave Kharar, 28F, 55M and 62F Sarvjot Enclave Kharar, 59M, 8M and14M Phase 6 Mohali, 48F Kharar, 63M Zirakpur, 55M sec 69 Mohali, 41M Zirakpur, 26F phase 9 Mohali, 22M sector 66 Mohali, 37M sector 94 Mohali, 23M from Sunny Enclave Kharar and 47M, 46M and 37M from Gharuan. The 9 patients who were discharged after recovering include 35M Saidpura, 30M, 25M Derabassi, 5F, 32M from Kharar, 44M Derabassi, 23F, 65F Mohali and 33F from Kharar.
