Volunteer sews masks for people facing shortage
Mohali: While Prime Minister Narendra Modi is continuously asking for support from Indian people to prevent the spread of coronavirus, there are many people who are seen taking the initiative to help the needy people. A Mubarikpur-resident, a tailor by profession, is utilizing his time at home for the welfare of the society. He is seen making masks in an order to provide help to people who are unable to buy masks due to shortage, amid coronavirus outbreak.
The man has been identified as Sunil Kumar, a resident of Mubarikpur, near Zirakpur in Mohali. He took the initiative to help those in need by using his talent and his profession amid lockdown in the country.
Sunil said that he is standing strong with the state government and the central government in the time of the crisis. He said he has been staying at home ever since the orders were imposed in the state. Likewise, he has been encouraging people to stay at home in an order to combat the global pandemic.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that "Social distancing is the only option to stay safe and to stop Coronavirus - stay at a distance from each other and stay inside your houses."

Similarly, Sunil Kumar welcomed the Prime Minister's decision to complete lockdown in India. Sunil has been active in terms of social service in any way he can. Meanwhile, India will be under a complete lockdown to break the chain of coronavirus spread.
