'Made in Heaven 2' set to release soon; deets inside
'Made in Heaven 2': The second season of 'Made in Heaven' is all set to be released on August 10.
As the makers of the show announced the release date, a social media user commented, "Woaaah finally." Another wrote, "Can't wait."
Returning cast members include Sobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Jim Sarbh, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora, Shivani Raghuvanshi, and Vijay Raaz, as well as new faces Mona Singh, Ishwak Singh, and Trinetra Haldar.
The seven-episode series, directed by Alankrita Shrivastava, Neeraj Ghaywan, Nitya Mehra, Reema Kagti, and Zoya Akhtar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar's Excel Media & Entertainment and Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti's Tiger Baby, will be available on Prime Video.
Show creators Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti expressed their excitement for the project, saying, "Made in Heaven holds a special place in our hearts as it’s a true strength of collaboration with many creative energies aligning and we are very proud of that. 'Made In Heaven' is a story about two wedding planners in Delhi, where tradition clashes with modern aspirations against the backdrop of large fat Indian weddings that disclose many secrets and lies.
