Gangster Binu surrenders to Chennai police
Gangster Binu Pappachan surrendered before the Ambattur police here on Tuesday. He was reportedly traveling constantly in a car across the state after fleeing from the police during his birthday party at Malayambakkam where over 100 people gathered in a lorry shed near Poonamallee. Over 75 persons were arrested on the same day. -PTC News
