Harsimrat Badal slams Rahul Gandhi; questions relations between Congress and ISI

Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal expressed shock over the attack on DSGMC President Manjit Singh GK in a country that speaks volumes for safety and equality and says it was a brutal murderous attack. She also questioned the relationship between Congress and ISI. Describing the act of attack on a devout Sikh in the premises of holy Gururdwara as a  barbarous, inhuman, cowardly act, she said, 'Manjit Singh GK who had travelled to California to hold discussions among the Sikh community about the 550th birthday anniversary celebrations of Guru Nanak was attacked in broad day light in a country that speaks volumes for security and safety.' 'Manjit Singh GK was thrashed, kicked and his turban was removed by the goons in a country where social security and safety of its people is of utmost importance. What bring me extreme shock is the fact that Congress President Rahul Gandhi was suddenly talking about the teaching of Guru Nanak Dev ji while speaking in UK hours before the attack took place,' she added. 'Right after Rahul Gandhi spoke about Guru Nanak Dev Ji's teachings in UK, hours later Manjit Singh GK was attacked in the USA. It is a clear nexus of Tytler, Sikh for Justice, which had sponsored a special campaign in London on Referendum 2020 and Congress to pull apart the Sikh community,' she added. Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Friday said “Congress was not involved in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots”, making it absolutely clear that its a nexus between Congress and ISI, she said. 'We spoke with Sushma Swaraj ji in order to alert the high commissioner and the authorities in the USA and to also provide security to Manjit GK. I will meet the ambassador of United states tomorrow and discuss the issue and ask him what kind of security the united states talks about when a person visiting a gurdwara sahib is trashed in broad day light,' Harsimrat Kaur Badal said. We will also meet the home minister and ask them to blacklist Sikhs for justice who are agents of ISI, in India as well as in abroad, she added. 'Shiromani Akali Dal, Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee have been fighting day and night to seek justice for Sikhs against efforts and motives of Congress who are making every effort to harm us and separate us,' Harsimrat Kaur Badal said. -PTC News
