Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar expands Council of Ministers
After taking oath, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar expanded his council of ministers by inducting 10 members, six of cabinet rank and four of state. This takes the strength of the council of ministers to 12. Haryana governor Satyadeo Narain Arya administered the oath to the newly-inducted ministers at a ceremony in Raj Bhawan. Eight of the ministers who took oath are from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), one is from Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) and one is an Independent.
