Indian passport holders to get UAE visit visa permit, T&C applied, watch video
Dubai: In a piece of good news for Indian Passport holders, the United Kingdom and European Union Visas will now get visit visa permit at all the UAE ports. The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai posted a video on Twitter account in which it says that here are some of the conditions under which this facility will operate. https://twitter.com/i/status/1150612122663043072 As per the video, the entry permit will be issued on the basis of the validity of the residence visa issued by the United Kingdom and European countries and also the passport of the applicant should not be less than six months. According to the GDRFA, the Indian passengers can now get entry permit on the fee of AED 100 (1,874 INR) and AED 20 (INR 375) service charges. “The maximum period allowed to stay within the UAE for the holders of the entry permit is 14 days and can be extended once. A renewal fee of AED 250 (4,687 INR) and service fee of AED 20 (375 INR) will be charged,” it said in the video. Also Read: Watch video: The Melodious side of Mary Kom “If the holder of the entry permit exceeds the specified period of 14 days or the extension period of 28 days within the UAE, the fine shall be calculated as follows: AED 100 (1874 INR)for each day, AED 200 (3,749 INR) departure permit,” it said in a video signing off. -PTC News
