Sukhbir, Harsimrat Kaur Badal condoles sad demise of Kobe Bryant and his daughter
Kobe Bryant Death: Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) President Sukhbir Singh Badal and Union Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal on Monday extended condolences on the sad demise of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna.
American basketball legend and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna Maria Onore Bryant were among the nine people killed in a helicopter crash. The incident took place due to foggy conditions and burst into flames in the hills above Calabasas, a city in California.
Sukhbir Singh Badal said in a tweet: "The death of American Basketball champion #KobeBryant in a helicopter crash at Calabasas, California along with his 13-yr-old daughter and 7 others has left me shocked. It's a major loss for the Basketball world. My thoughts & prayers are with all those who lost loved ones today."

Likewise, Harsimrat Kaur Badal took to twitter and wrote: "Saddened to learn about the tragic demise of American Basketball legend Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna & others on-board the helicopter, crashed near Calabasas, California. My condolences to his family, friends and fans across the world."
"Saddened to hear the passing away of American Basketball player #KobeBryant and his daughter in a tragic helicopter crash. May Waheguru ji grant peace to the departed soul & give strength to the bereaved family to bear the loss," senior SAD leader Bikram Singh Majithia said in a tweet.
