Man killed, 10 vehicles torched by Maoists in Bihar
Ten vehicles were torched and one person was killed when Maoists attacked Sudi Bigaha village in Bihar on Saturday night. 10 vehicles were torched by Maoists in Aurangabad district in Bihar.

Maoists attacked the Sudi Bigaha village late on Saturday and shot a man. The deceased was identified as Narendra Singh (55). He was the uncle of a member of Bihar Legislative council, Rajan Kumar Singh.

According to the media reports, the Maoists fired several rounds. They set 10 vehicles including three tractors parked at Narendra Singh’s house on fire. The Maoists also set a house on fire. It belonged to a dafadar with the police station.

Security forces received the information about the vehicle and houses being set on fire and they rushed to the spot. Security forces and Naxals exchanged fire following which, Naxals fled the village.
Police and Security forces collectively launched a massive search operation after cordoning off the area.
