'Mass Challan' by Chandigarh Police might get you caught! Chandigarh Police is doing 'Mass Challan' till Thursday August 30, 2018, from 8 am to 8 pm. This decision has been taken to prevent traffic violations in Chandigarh as a "Zero Tolerance Day'. All Police officials deployed at various Check posts and police stations, PCR and other field units. 'As approved by w/DGP/Chandigarh, "Zero Tolerance Day" towards traffic violations for the month of August, 2018 will be observed on 30.8.2018 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 pm. All the police officials deployed in various police stations, police posts, PCR and other field units may be directed to undertake thorough challaning of traffic violations in the city along with traffic police,' the notification read. -PTC News
