Chandigarh killing: 25-year-old stabbed to death, his friend critically injured in Mauli Jagran
PTC News Desk: A 25-year-old youth was killed and his friend critically injured after a group of 10–12 assailants attacked them in Chandigarh’s Mauli Jagran area. Soon after receiving the information, Mauli Jagran police rushed to the spot and shifted both the victims to the hospital.
The deceased has been identified as Tota, who was declared dead on arrival , while his friend is undergoing treatment and currently remains in critical condition.
A video of the attack has also surfaced, showing the attackers chasing the victim and assaulting him with sharp-edged weapons. The victim attempted to flee, but the assailants caught him, threw him to the ground, and repeatedly struck him with their weapons.
