Major revelation in Delhi Red Fort blast: States put on high alert to trace second vehicle, Red Ford EcoSport, linked to suspect
PTC Web Desk: The Delhi Police have intensified their search operation after uncovering that the suspects involved in the Red Fort blast were using a second vehicle. Senior police officials confirmed that all police stations, border posts and checkpoints across Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh have been alerted to look out for a red Ford EcoSport.
According to investigation reports, the suspects had another vehicle besides the white Hyundai i20, which was destroyed in the explosion. Multiple police teams across the three states have been deployed to trace the red Ford EcoSport, registered under the number DL10CK0458.
Senior officials stated that five Delhi Police teams are actively tracking leads and coordinating with local units to locate the vehicle, which is believed to have played a crucial role in the suspects’ escape. Security has been tightened in and around the national capital region as part of precautionary measures.
