The dense fog led to delays in several flights on Tuesday, creating challenges for both air travelers and airport operations in the national capital. According to the weather department, Delhi is expected to experience mainly clear skies on Tuesday, with temperatures ranging between a maximum of 18 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 7 degrees Celsius.

On the preceding Monday, the maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 17.6 degrees Celsius, marking a deviation of three notches below the season's average. The minimum temperature stood at 6.1 degrees Celsius, compared to 4.8 degrees Celsius the previous day, as reported by the weather office. As the coldwave persists, residents are advised to brace for continued chilly conditions in the region.
