ED to take legal action against AAP leaders following Atishi's exposé: Sources

PTC News Desk: According to sources, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is contemplating legal action against leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in response to recent allegations made by Delhi Minister Atishi. The accusations stem from what the party describes as an "explosive exposé," wherein Atishi claimed that the central agency had tampered with audio recordings during its investigation into money laundering allegations.

During a press conference on Tuesday, Atishi unveiled the purported expose, alleging that the ED had deleted crucial audio clips of witness statements in various cases, notably those related to the excise policy probe involving AAP members.

Furthermore, Atishi asserted that discrepancies had emerged in witness testimonies related to the money laundering case linked to the Delhi excise policy. She challenged the agency to present CCTV footage in court, claiming that no significant evidence had been recovered despite two years of investigation.
