Haryana youth dies tragically while working in Australia on student visa
PTC Web Desk: Prabhjot Singh (25) from Haripura village in Sirsa district, Haryana, tragically lost his life while working in Australia on a student visa. He had moved to Australia nearly three years ago to pursue his studies and was also employed at a transport company to cover his tuition and living expenses.
The incident occurred on Friday while Prabhjot was working at the company’s site. Reports indicate that he was closing the gate of a reversing loader when he suddenly got trapped between the loader and a trailer, succumbing to his injuries on the spot.
Friends of Prabhjot are coordinating with the Indian Embassy in Australia and raising funds to bring his body back to India. His close friend, Gursimrat Singh Dhillon, described him as a hardworking and good-natured young man.
