Hyderabad horror: Nanny slaps, pulls hair of 4-year-old girl at Telangana school, video viral
PTC Web Desk: A shocking case of violence emerged from Hyderabad after a four-year-old girl was allegedly assaulted by a woman school attendant. The incident took place on Saturday, reportedly after school hours, when the child’s mother, employed as a bus conductor at the same school, went out to drop off students. During this time, her daughter remained within the school premises.
According to the Jeedimetla police inspector, tension had been brewing between the accused, Lakshmi, and the child's mother. The two women reportedly shared a strained relationship and Lakshmi is suspected to have feared losing her job to the younger staff member. The police believe this workplace rivalry may have been the motive behind the violent attack.
The shocking act was caught on a neighbour’s camera, capturing the attendant allegedly throwing the child to the floor and trampling her. Following a complaint by the victim’s parents, the police registered a criminal case and immediately detained the accused. Police officials noted that no similar complaints have emerged from other parents, suggesting that this may be an isolated incident. A detailed investigation is currently in progress.
