Internet outage: Reliance Jio down, thousands of users unable to access mobile internet
Internet outage: Users across the country are complaining that Jio services aren't working for them, claiming they can't access all of their favourite apps, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, X, Snapchat, YouTube, and Google.
According to Downdetector, over 54% of complainants are having issues with mobile internet, 38% with Jio Fiber, and 7% are experiencing disruptions with mobile networks.
Meanwhile, users reported that Jio's customer service is not responding to complaints. The individual wrote, "Internet speed has went very down and when I tried to talk to customer support they simply ended the call."
The exact cause of this widespread disruption is unknown at this time.
