Retired Army captain dies after being run over by speeding car in Jaipur; incident caught on CCTV
PTC News Desk: In a shocking incident, a retired Army captain died after being dragged several feet by a car in Jaipur on the morning of August 15. The incident was captured on CCTV showing horrific visuals when the man got stuck under the vehicle and pulled along.
The deceased has been identified as Narsaram Jajra.
The car fled the scene after crushing Jajra and leaving him fatally injured.
The incident happened on the morning of August 15 when Jajra was going to Chitrakoot Stadium on his bicycle. The car, which was being driven recklessly, rammed him from behind.
The driver has been identified from CCTV footage. A woman was driving the car, and her child was sitting in the passenger seat.
The accused is at large and police have launched a manhunt based on CCTV footage.
