Panjab University students’ elections: SFS captures campus pole position
The SFS Students of Society captured the pole position on the campus with its win of the top seat in the Punjab University Campus Students’ council in the election held in Thursday.
The National Students’Union of India (NSUI) Student Organization of India (SOI), the student wing of the Shiromani Akali Dal, and the BJP student wing Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) did not win the top post.

The student wing of the SFS clinched the posts of president, vice-president and the general secretary. Kanu Priya was declared the president of the students’ council, Daler singh the vice-president, and Amarinder Singh the secretary for the academic session 2018-19. The joint secretary post went to Vipal atry.
