Punjab Assembly Elections 2022: Shiromani Akali Dal's Pawan Kumar Tinu represented the Adampur constituency and lost the seat. He bagged a total of 34,987 votes.
In 2012, he was elected to the Adampur seat and also won the elections held in 2017 as Shiromani Akali Dal candidate from the same constituency.
