AAP MLA Anmol Gagan Mann’s husband among three sentenced to two years in jail in cheque bounce case
PTC News Desk: A court in Dera Bassi has convicted three individuals, including Shahbaz Singh Sohi, the husband of Kharar MLA Anmol Gagan Mann, in a cheque bounce case involving crores of rupees, and sentenced them to two years of imprisonment.
The verdict was delivered by the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Parneet Kaur after nearly seven years of trial. The court also imposed a fine of ₹10,000 each on the three convicts along with the two-year jail term.
