Punjab Congress Crisis: Captain Amarinder Singh will accept High Command's decision, says Harish Rawat
Punjab Congress Crisis: Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Saturday reiterated that whatever decision will be taken by the Congress High Command, it will be honoured by him, said Congress leader Harish Rawat after meeting the CM in Chandigarh.
After an hour-long meeting, Harish Rawat denied giving further details. He just said, "Captain Amarinder Singh will accept the decision taken by the Congress High Command."

Meanwhile, Raveen Thukral, Media Advisor to Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh quoted the CM and said, "Had a fruitful meeting with Harish Rawat. Reiterated that any decision of INC president will be acceptable to all."

"Raised certain issues which he said he’ll take up with the INC president," Captain added.
However, Harish Rawat's statement is a contradiction itself as Captain, on Friday, wrote a letter to Congress President Sonia Gandhi and asked the High Command not to interfere.
Punjab CM said that the situation in the state was not so favorable. "Both the party and the government may have to bear the loss of interference and decisions being made by the high command in the party in the days to come," he had said.
