Amritsar, May 20: The Special Task Force of the Punjab Police has cracked the Ludhiana bomb blast case with the arrest of four persons, including a minor, who used to provide technical support to traffickers. IG, border Range Mohinish Chawla, while addressing the media on Friday, said the ED used in the Ludhiana blast was smuggled through a drone at Ballarwal border village, which was handed over to dismissed policeman Gagandeep Singh, who was killed in the blast. It is learnt that the juvenile arrested in the Ludhiana bomb blast case is an orphan and lives with relatives. The name of the juvenile cannot be disclosed. One of their accomplices Surmukh was arrested after bringing him on production warrant. He had got the IED retrieved from border and handed over to Gagandeep. Surmukh was earlier arrested regarding seizure of the IED in January this year.
