New Delhi, September 19: The Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a petition seeking a probe into the 1989 murder of advocate Tika Lal Taploo in Kashmir valley by terrorists. The panel of Justices BR Gavai and CT Ravikumar refused to hear the case, stating that it had not entertained a similar matter that came before it recently.
