Mansa killing: 6-year-old boy shot dead in Punjab's Mansa district
Mansa, March 17: In an yet another unfortunate incident, a 6-year-old child has been shot and killed by an unidentified motorcyclist in Kotli Kalan village of Mansa district.
According to the information received, Jaspreet Singh, father of the child of Kotli village was returning home with his son and daughter and suddenly two unknown person riding a bullet motorcycle started firing at them. As per to the information, the target of the shooters was the father but accidentally they killed the son.

The child was immediately taken to the nearest Civil Hospital but the child had already died. Father of the two, Jaspreet Singh said that the police that he was going to the village with his 6-year-old son Udaiveer Singh and daughter. According to the CCTV footage, two young men on a bullet motorcycle opened fire on them. He survived but the bullets hit his 6-year-old son and he died on the spot.
The deceased was immediately taken to the hospital, when the doctors declared him bought dead. A wave of mourning engulfed the family, the autopsy of the child will be conducted today.
The police are investigating the entire matter.
