Diljit Dosanjh promises concert tickets to little fan after heartwarming viral video: 'Beta, I have tickets for you!'
Diljit Dosanjh Delhi concert: Singer Diljit Dosanjh, who set the stage on fire during his Dil-Luminati India Tour in Delhi, won hearts with his sweet gesture toward a young fan who couldn't attend his concert. In a now-viral video, a little girl, watching the concert from her balcony, asked "Diljit uncle" to sing louder so she could hear him better. Her mother pointed towards the stadium, showing her where the singer was performing.
The heartwarming clip reached Diljit Dosanjh, and he reposted it on his Instagram story, promising the toddler tickets for his next show. “Beta, come! I have tickets for you and your family,” the Hass Hass singer wrote, making the moment even more special.
Diljit's concerts at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on October 26 and 27 drew packed audiences. In another viral clip from the concert, he shared a touching moment talking about his mother and his love for the Punjabi language. Speaking in Punjabi, he said, “My mother spoke to me in Punjabi from the day I was born, and that’s the language I first learned. I respect all the languages of our country—Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi—but since my mother speaks Punjabi, that’s the language I connect with the most. That’s why I say with pride, ‘Punjabi Dilli agaye oyee’ (Punjabis have arrived in Delhi)!”
Apart from his stellar singing, Diljit continues to shine on the silver screen. He was recently seen in Imtiaz Ali's 'Chamkila'.
