Truck driver suffered fatal heart attack before crash
A truck driver crashed his truck into the top railing of a shop on Wednesday after suffering a fatal heart attack. The incident took place on Dera Bassi college road.

The truck driver, Randhir Singh, was working as a driver in a cardboard factory in Dera Bassi. He left for Rajpura to deliver the consignment on Wednesday morning. While passing through the college road, Randhir suffered a fatal accident. Following which, he lost control and crashed into the railing of the shop. It triggered panic among shopkeepers in the area.
The shopkeepers informed the police. They reached the spot and rushed Randhir to the civil hospital, Dera Bassi. Randhir was pronounced dead by the doctors. They have kept the body at the mortuary of the hospital.

The deceased, Randhir, is survived by three children and his wife.
