Russia-Ukraine war: Russia's Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu has claimed that Ukraine's military capability has been severely degraded, adding that Ukraine no longer has an airforce. According to the news agency Reuters, the Russian Minister also said that around 600 foreign mercenaries have been killed in Ukraine in the last two weeks. Meanwhile, the latest round of peace talks between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations at the Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul has concluded. Rescue crews continue to work in the area, according to an online post, and 18 of the wounded have been rescued from the rubble.
