Pakistan Minister's 'X' account withheld in India after 'strike by India' claim
PTC News Desk: Pakistan's Information and Broadcasting Minister Ataullah Tarar's X account has been suspended in India days after he claimed that India will strike within next 24-36 hours in the wake of the April 22 Pahalgam Terror Attack.
A screenshot of Tarar's X account showed a message that it was withheld in India in response to a legal demand.
Earlier in a press conference held late night Ataullah Tarar claimed that Islamabad has credible intel that New Delhi will carry out military strikes in the next 24-36 hours. He also warned of "catastrophic consequences" if the Indian forces initiate an action. "The nation will defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity by all means necessary. If India tries to impose a war on Pakistan, it will be solely responsible for the disastrous and devastating costs," he had said.
"India's habit of being the judge, jury, and executioner is categorically and strongly rejected by Pakistan", Tarar added.
Meanwhile India had blocked YouTube channels of Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the country's news outlet, including Dawn News, Irshad Bhatti, SAMAA TV, ARY NEWS and Geo News, were also blocked.
