PM Modi also lauded the close linguistic and cultural affinity shared between India and the UAE, stating, "In terms of community and culture, the achievements of Bharat and UAE serve as a model for the world to emulate. There is a close proximity in the languages of Bharat and UAE as well." Reflecting on his first visit to the UAE in 2015, PM Modi expressed gratitude for the warm reception he received, particularly from the Crown Prince, now the President, and his brothers.

In addition to educational initiatives, PM Modi highlighted India's recognition for mega infrastructure projects, vibrant tourism, and sports achievements. He underscored the digital revolution in India, noting that efforts are being made to extend its benefits to the UAE through initiatives like RuPay cards and UPI payments.

PM Modi also asserted India's growing global influence, describing it as a 'Vishwa Bandhu' (friend of the world) and emphasising India's readiness to assist in times of crisis. The event, attended by a large gathering of the Indian community, saw overwhelming enthusiasm, prompting organizers to close registrations as the number of attendees exceeded 65,000.

During his visit, PM Modi engaged in bilateral talks with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, further strengthening the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries. Multiple memoranda of understanding, including an MoU on interlinking payment platforms, were exchanged in their presence. PM Modi also interacted with students from the IIT Delhi-Abu Dhabi Campus, appreciating the collaboration's role in fostering bilateral relations and bringing together youth from both nations.
