AAP MLA attack: Accused sent to four days police remand Three accused persons who attacked Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amarjeet Singh Shadoa from Roopnagar have been sent to four days police remand by Anandpur Sahib court, here on Friday. Amarjit Singh Sandoa, was allegedly attacked on Thursday by a group of people in village Harsha Bela near Anandpur Sahib where he had ostensibly gone to stop illegal mining. Sandoa and his security men were thrashed and his turban was also tossed away during the attack.
Meanwhile, Jaswinder Singh Goldy, Amarjit Singh, Manjeet Singh resident of Beenhara block Nurpur Bedi were presented before Civil Judge Gurpreet Kaur under security arrangements. On the other hand, an interrogation was conducted by the team of IG, S.K. Singh in the Anandpur Sahib police station. -PTC News
