'State cabinet expansion has been given approval. 9 ministers will be sworn in. The swearing-in ceremony will take place tomorrow: Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh' New Punjab Cabinet Ministers to be sworn in tomorrow : Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria, Vijay Inder Singla, Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Shyam Sunder Arora, O P Soni, Rana Gurmit Sodhi, Gurpreet Kanwar, and Balbir Sidhu. Captain Amarinder also said that nine new ministers will be sworn in on April 21 in the Cabinet. Captain Amarinder Singh met Rahul on Thursday for nearly 3 hours to discuss the cabinet expansion.
