Complaint from Dr Amandeep Singh Bains led to deportation of AAP MLA Sandoa Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Rupnagar Amarjit Singh Sandoa was refused entry to Canada by the Canadian Immigration authorities and was sent back by the Ottawa airport after a complaint in a written letter was sent by Dr. Amandeep Singh Bains, as per official information. As per information, he was 'unable to satisfy' Canadian authorities as to the purpose of their visit. Meanwhile commenting on the same, Dr Amandeep Singh Bains in a Facebook post said, 'We reported about Amarjit Sandoya to Arvind Kejriwal with evidence. He still said " saboot, saboot, saboot.' 'We reported to Canadian Authorities with a simple letter, They verified and thrown him out from Canada,' he added. Dr Bains said that they had sent complaint in keeping with Canadian laws. Child abuse and woman molestation cases were mentioned in the letter. 'When documents against Sandoa were sent to Arvind Kejriwal by a member of the team, he did not take action against Sandoa. However when we sent a written letter to the Canadian Immigration they believed us and took actions immediately,' said Dr Bains speaking to PTC News. 'We had written to the Canadian authorities on the basis of sexual assault and they immediately took action while Kejriwal didn't take an action even after proper evidence were sent to him' he added. Ropar MLA Sandoa, who was recently in news when he alleged that he was attacked by sand mining mafia, is also facing allegations of molestation by a woman and a court framed charges against him last Friday, just a day before he left for Canada. The were sent back by the Canadian authorities in an Air Canada flight.
