Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and Twitter have joined hands with Britain's Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) to implement, detect, block images of child pornography online. IWF is a charitable foundation, which is working with organisations world over to tag and block images of sexual abuse of the child.
