Money earned from Drug Racket was funded to Kejriwal, says Sukhbir Singh Badal
Punjab and Haryana High Court on Friday dismissed petition of AAP leader Sukhpal Khaira challenging the trial court proceedings against him under NDPS Act. Speaking on this SAD president and former Punjab deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal said, "The court has given its verdict against Sukhpal Singh Khaira, there is nothing political connection or basis in it. A few days earlier, Fazilka Court had pronounced Khaira guilty in the drug racket case saying he is not a member but the leader of the drug racket. Based on which Khaira went to the High court to challenge the verdict pronounced earlier, which the court has cleared today that the session court is right and trial should begin in the same case." Kejriwal should dismiss Sukhpal Singh Khaira from the party, and a strict action should be taken against him immediately, he added. Kejriwal was funded by Sukhpal Singh Khaira, all this money earned from drug racket where else is it going? Sukhbir Singh Badal questioned. -PTC News
