To raise awareness on Pollution, two girls’ enroute Kashmir to Kanyakumari: Pollution is the prime consideration of the environmentalists in the present age. Undoubtedly, it is increasing with every day even after the many programmes and schemes being launched by the governments to curb the effects of the pollution.
Taking a step ahead, two girls of Pune had travelled from Kashmir to Kanyakumari recently on their bicycles to raise awareness of pollution.They also spread the message of centre government 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao'. One of the bikers Pooja Tanaji Badhavale was very excited of her expedition , she said that they had enjoyed their experience and they could get every sort of encouragement and support during their travelling.She told that they reached Jammu by train on November and started their journey on bicycle on November 30.
She further said that they wanted to spread the message of ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’. She said that they had dedicated the journey to Ajay Padval, who was an off road cyclist .
