Later, he read out his ex-wife’s phone number into the camera, before adding, “I’m already dying. Farewell. I would be glad to see Katya. Damn, I’m shaking.”

In the video, Arslan’s health deteriorates with every passing second. His breath quickens and his bloodshot eyes start rolling as he shows his bleeding, almost paralysed hands. But he stands up and walks off the screen.
