Sukhpal Khaira slams Captain Amarinder, says he is failing repeatedly
Opposition leader of Punjab and Aam Aadmi Party leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira slammed Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on being incompetent to find its "right 18 men" as ministers.
Sukhpal Khaira took to social media site Twitter and posted -

In another post he wrote, 'It’s governance paralysis in Pb,@capt_amarinder repeatedly failing to find right 18 men as ministers even after 14 months of taking over! Despite almost 400 farmer suicides during his rule he doesn’t have an Agri Min! Cm has approx 40 deptt’s but no time, Babu’s rule d roost in Pb.'
We discussed about the expansion, “when the time is right” we will disclose, says Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder after a meeting with Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday evening.
In the wake of speculations it is expected that the Cabinet expansion might get delayed due to the pending judgment in the Navjot Singh Sidhu road rage case.
Upon asking about the cabinet expansion, Captain said, no comments, we will disclose when the time is right. No tentative date is finalised for the Cabinet expansion, we will disclose when the “time is right”.
