Amaranth Yatra 2019: First batch of 2234 pilgrims leaves Jammu for Yatra in Kashmir Himalayas

Jammu and Kashmir Governor K K Sharma's Advisor flagged off the first batch of 2234 Amarnath Yatra devotees from Yatri Niwas, Bhagwati Nagar in Jammu, here on Sunday. The first batch has been flagged off amid the heightened security. The first batch of Amarnath Yatra 2019 is comprised of 2234 pilgrims which include 45 Sadhus. The first batch has left for Baltal and Pahalgam base camps after traditional worship at the Jammu base camp at around 4:43 AM, here on Sunday.
