Dali face Vijay Sampla is Punjab's new BJP chief

Vijay Sampla, a 53-year-old BJP leader from Punjab, who worked as farm labourer and plumber, becomes state party chief.
He was picked up by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and appointed as minister of state for Social justice and empowerment.
