SAD TO STAND LIKE A ROCK TO FOIL EVIL DESIGNS OF CONGRESS TO TEAR APART SOCIAL FABRIC OF PUNJAB

Chandigarh, October 31: The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) today said Congress leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira's statement demanding the release of those who had attacked SAD leaders was proof of the Congress design to incite violence in Punjab.

In a statement here, senior SAD leader and MP Prem Singh Chandumajra said the statement of Khaira clearly proved that the Congress had plotted to target SAD leaders in the aftermath of recent incidents of sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji. He said this also proved the Punjab Congress was hand in glove with anti- SAD and anti-Punjab elements whose sole motive was to disturb peace and communal harmony of the State.
