Body of Congress leader found hanging in Dera Bassi
A body of Congress leader was found hanging from a tree in Dera Bassi on Monday morning. The deceased has been identified as Jasvir Singh Saini, who was living in Ashiana Colony.

According to the information received, Jasvir Singh went out for a walk this morning but never returned home. Later his death news came in. No suicide note was received from him. Family members said that they sense a foul play in his death.

The police reached the spot and sent the body to a government hospital. It will be handed over to the family after conducting a post-mortem. The police told the media that it was investigating the case.

According to information received, Jasvir Singh Saini was a well-known builder and a Congress leader.
