Rape convict Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh on 21st August 2018 moved a bail application before the Panchkula CBI court in connection with castration case. The hearing on the application was heard in the CBI court on Thursday special CBI court located in Panchkula.
