Chandigarh IAF station celebrates 86th anniversary of Indian Air Force
The 86th anniversary of Indian Air Force was celebrated Monday at IAF station at Chandigarh. Air Commodore S Srinivasan, Air Officer Commanding Air Force Station Chandigarh, laid a wreath while paying tribute to the martyrs, an IAF spokesman said. It was followed by oath taking ceremony by all the personnel at the IAF station, he said. On this occasion, Air Commodore S Srinivasan urged all the air warriors to re-dedicate themselves to the service of the nation and work with renewed vigour for the achievement of the assigned task. He also conveyed his best wishes to all air warriors and their families. PTI
