CONGRESS STILL IN COMA, COMPLETELY LOST FAITH OF PUNJABIS , FRUSTRATED PUNJAB CONGRESS TRYING TO CREATE FALSE STORIES OF CASTIEST REMARKS TO COVER UP LOST GROUND: MAJITHIA
Majitha - Punjab Revenue & Public Relations Minister Mr. Bikram Singh Majitha has said that Congress is still in coma after series of defeats in Vidhan Sabha elections in various states. He said that Punjab Congress President had himself admitted that Congress has lost the faith of the people, therefore there are no chances of Congress coming out of coma. Mr. Majithia while interacting with the media persons here today said that Captain’s own performance as Lok Sabha member is a big zero as he has not even come to visit the people of his Lok Sabha constituency who elected him. He said that it is due to such anti people behavior that Congress itself knows that they would not be able to face the anger of the people in the coming Vidhan Sabha elections. He said that Captain Amrinder Singh who is also a Deputy Leader of the opposition the Lok Sabha has only attended 11 sittings of Lok Sabha out of 231 sittings from May 2014 till date. He said that this is clear cut proof of his zero performance as Lok Sabha Member. “How can one expect welfare of people from such a leader who does not even care to listen to his own party leaders’, added Majithia. The Minister said that Congress leaders are totally frustrated due to fear of losing coming Vidhan Sabha elections therefore they even tried to create a drama inside the Vidhan Sabha by creating false stories of castiest remarks and other undemocratic acts. He said that Congress is trying all unfair and undemocratic means to cover up their failure. But the people of Punjab are aware of such tactics of Congress and very well know the anti people stance of the Congress. Mr. Majithia said that on the other side the ruling SAD-BJP alliance in Punjab under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister S. Parkash Singh Badal always remain in touch with the people and make welfare polices after taking into confidence all sections of the society. Mr. Majithia further said that Punjab government had spent 40 thousand crores on infrastructure development, provided free electricity of Rs 35000 crores to farmers and 4300 crores to SC community, Atta Dal of Rs 4000 crores to the beneficiaries, 900 crores under Shagun Scheme. He said that Punjab government is also providing health insurance cover to farmers, traders, poor, construction workers and employees. Earlier Mr. Majithia disbursed the grant of Rs 1.18 Crore for the development works of village Sohian of Majithia constituency. Others prominent present on the occasion included Major Shivi, Talbir Gill, Nishan Singh Sarpanch, Gagandeep Bhakna, Babbi Bhangwa, Prabhdayal Panva, Tarsem Singh Ex. Sarpanch, Surjit Kotli Malian, Baljit Dhing Nangal Sarpanch, Sukhchain Singh, Lakhwinder Singh, Kuldeep Sohian and officers of the concerned departments.
