Delhi court summons CM Kejriwal, Sisodia, 11 AAP leaders in Chief Secretary Assault case
Delhi High Court on Tuesday has summons CM Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and 11 other AAP leaders in the alleged assault on Delhi chief secretary Anshu Prakash case.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Samar Vishal took knowledge of all the offenses and summoned all accused to appear before the court on October 25.
A charge sheet was filed on August 13 in which police has named CM Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia as accused.

The Delhi Court has found enough grounds to press alleged charges against Kejriwal and other accused and have been mentioned in the Summing order.

On the intervening night of 19 and 20th February, the assault took place at Kejriwal residence, Anshu Prakash was called for a meeting.
Later, Prakash filed a complaint that he said that he has been assaulted by the AAP MLA’s. A 1,300-page charge sheet has been filed in which police have not specified the role of each person in the assault. And, Kejriwal and Sisodia have been charged under the same 13 sections as the other 11 AAP MLA’s

Others who were named as accused in the charge sheet were 11 AAP MLAs -- Amanatullah Khan, Prakash Jarwal, Nitin Tyagi, Rituraj Govind, Sanjeev Jha, Ajay Dutt, Rajesh Rishi, Rajesh Gupta, Madan Lal, Parveen Kumar, and Dinesh Mohania
