Delhi: Drunk Woman and Man Manhandles Traffic Cops, arrested; watch video
Delhi: Anil Pandey and the pillion rider Madhuri were arrested from Delhi on Tuesday night for allegedly manhandling the traffic cop after they were stopped for not wearing the helmet. The incident took place in Delhi's Mayapuri on Tuesday evening. The two were stopped by Delhi Traffic Police Assistant sub-inspector Surinder for not wearing a helmet and standing beyond the zebra crossing on the red light.

When the driver, anil Pandey was asked to show the license, Madhuri got down from the Scooty and started misbehaving with the policeman. It was stated that both of them were not only without the helmet but were heavily drunk.

The woman in the video can be heard yelling at the cop while she pushes him away. The woman was also abusing other public around her who were merely trying to calm her down. 
Also, the woman was continuously repeating that his brother has been dead and she had to rush to him. Likewise, when public slammed the behavior of a woman to the traffic cops, Anil Pandey said, she has received the news of the brother's demise.

They both were arrested on the same day that is Tuesday night as the complaint was lodged by the traffic cop Surinder against them. According to the police, Anil Pandey was a former soldier.
