‘Gadar-2’ box office collection: Sunny Deol’s starrer becomes second-highest grossing Hindi film
‘Gadar 2’ box office collection: With 'Gadar 2', Sunny Deol's "dhai kilo ka haath" is undoubtedly shattering box office records in a historic way.
The craze among the fans for Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer doesn’t seem to end soon as the film has taken the box office by storm, collecting a whopping Rs 515.03 crore in about a month.

The film has become the second highest-grossing Hindi film and has surpassed the lifetime collection of the Hindi version of Prabhas starrer ‘Baahubali 2’.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared a post on Monday on Instagram about the box office collections.

The Hindi lifetime collection of ‘Baahubali 2’ stood at a staggering Rs 510.99 crore.
Notably, Shah Rukh Khan’s action thriller film ‘Pathaan’ is the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time.
Helmed by Anil Sharma, 'Gadar 2' is a sequel to the successful film that originally hit theaters in 2001. In the movie, Sunny Deol portrayed the character of Tara, a truck driver, while Ameesha portrayed Sakina. The narrative is set against the backdrop of India's partition in 1947.
In 'Gadar 2', the storyline revolves around Tara Singh, portrayed by Sunny Deol, embarking on a bold mission to cross the border and rescue his son, played by Utkarsh Sharma, who has been taken captive in Pakistan.

The makers of ‘Gadar 2’ hoisted a grand success party in Mumbai where several big actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Varun Dhawan, Dharmendra, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani and Shilpa Shetty among others marked their presence.
