‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ BTS: With its release date of the film ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ approaching soon, excitement among fans is reaching new heights and similar is with actor Parineeti Chopra as can’t keep calm and dropped BTS videos featuring Diljit Dosanjh and Imtiaz fueling anticipation even more.

Parineeti Chopra recently shared a BTS video from the sets of ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ on her Instagram. The clip offers a glimpse into the process of bringing her character, Amarjot, to life on screen. It highlights the actress's physical transformation for the role and captures her joy as she prepares for scenes in the biographical film, dancing and enjoying the moments on set.

Sharing the video, Parineeti Chopra wrote, “How will I ever top this film experience? Spoilt forever..”

Moments after the video was posted, fans flooded the actress' comments section with excitement for the film. One fan praised, "You've truly embodied this role, @parineetichopra, your hard work shines through." Another exclaimed, "This movie is going to be a hit!" 

'Amar Singh Chamkila' trailer 

'Amar Singh Chamkila' depicts the untold true story of Punjab's legendary singer.
The trailer shows a young man (Diljit Dosanjh) from a Punjab village invited to perform at a local event. Despite his objections to being called Chamkila, he decides to proceed.

Surprisingly, his music enthrals the village, especially the women, although some criticize the provocative lyrics. Eventually, he joins forces with singer Amarjot Kaur.

Helmed by Imtiaz Ali, 'Amar Singh Chamkila' presents the untold true story of Punjab's original rockstar of the masses, who emerged from the shadows of poverty and rose to the heights of popularity in the 80s due to the sheer power of his music, angering many along the way, which finally led to his assassination at the young age of 27.

'Amar Singh Chamkila' is set to stream on the OTT platform Netflix from April 12.
