Virat Kohli has been replaced by Rohit Sharma for the final T20 match. For New Zealand, Kane Williamson is still injured and therefore, he is not playing. Meanwhile, Tim Southee will lead the side with no changes in playing XI. After winning the toss, Rohit Sharma said that "We want to challenge our team as well to defend totals. We thought of making few changes, but the combination we played in the last game was very good and we want to continue with that.
